Carol knows recruiting inside and out. For nine years, she crushed it as an agency recruiter, leading several National Recruiters Associations in placements and revenue. But that's just the beginning of her story.
She later switched sides, stepping into corporate recruiting and HR leadership roles at major players like Publishers Clearing House, MetLife, and TELUS International. While everyone else was stuck in the endless cycle of job board posts and resume searches, Carol took a different path.
Her secret? She developed recruiting strategies that went beyond the obvious. Sure, she used job boards — but her real talent lay in finding candidates who weren't just good on paper, but who actually stayed and thrived in their roles. This approach didn't just save companies from the constant headache of rehiring; it gave employees something even better: a chance to build real careers with their employers.
Today, she's known for finding people who "stick" — the kind of hires that let companies focus on growing their talent instead of constantly replacing it. It's a win-win that's become her trademark in the industry.

Mary is a certified Transitional Life Coach. Career Transition Services fall right in line with her enthusiastic and utmost empathetic personality. She finds joy in helping separated employees to develop and leverage a value driven career action plan. Her planning and executing strategies consistently deliver innovative solutions for clients to positively influence their brand.
Being a twelve year breast cancer survivor put a positive perspective on all things that Mary wants to accomplish. Her genuine and compassionate approach creates a positive space for separated employees to realize their awareness in moving forward with their potential career goals with clarity and confidence. Sharyn has a professional background in law enforcement as a Police Officer/Detective with the NYPD for over 20 years. She is factual, analytical and self driven. She has strong investigative experience as well as report writing and training skills. Coming from a place where all sides mattered, she has carried on that belief as a recruiter. She openly listens and treats both Client and Candidate with honesty and respect.

Lori Mercado is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the fast-paced NYC hospital scene. Matthew has always had an entrepreneurial spirit starting at the age of 11 with a local neighborhood paper route, not an easy task for a skinny kid and the harsh New York winters. His passion for people has always been his driving force. Leveraging a career in the world of finance and his multidisciplinary background, he has successfully built out teams with some of the most renowned hyper-growth and well-established companies. After a short stint working for large-scale institutional recruiting firms, he became discouraged by the traditional “one size fits all” model of the recruiting process and realized it was missing one key element, people, first and decided to start his own recruting business.
